Heat the milk to about 35 degrees, add yeast, stir and melt.
Break the eggs. You can add a few drops of lemon to remove the fishiness.
Sift the low powder and add sugar and salt.
Add the beaten egg liquid and stir
Add a small amount of milk yeast in batches and stir while adding until it is finished. Cover the batter or keep the fresh-keeping film for fermentation for 30 minutes, and there are small bubbles on the surface.
Preheat the mold for 3 minutes, brush a layer of butter, pour in the batter, fill it with seven or eight minutes, cover and wait.
